It helps to keep the stalwart meal kit brand from getting stale, even if not all of them are total winners.
The restless and curious eater in me loves all the new wrinkles, add-ons and co-branded activations that Blue Apron churns out. Blue Apron is also consistently launching brand partnerships and limited-time offerings such as the popular Super Bowl party meal kit and niche diet menus. You might think Blue Apron would have one formula by now, but the original meal kit service is constantly reinventing itself with new offerings, curated beverage pairings and a sprawling market of kitchen tools and cookware. Blue Apron has been at it the longest and we've been watching (and tasting) every step of the way. There are literally dozens of meal kits and meal delivery services available in 2022, but the full-to-bursting category all started with one. Types Vegetarian, diabetes-friendly, wellness, family-friendly, fast and easy.

I'll wait for my next delivery to see what happens. I finally had to go into their chat system to get to an actual human who said (hopefully) that my problem has been resolved. I responded to that email asking if I was dealing with a human or bot and then never received a response. At that point, I figured I wasn't dealing with a human - probably some AI chatbot just generating responses it thinks are appropriate. I immediately got a response again just with what seemed to be a template of instructions on how to cancel my account. I replied to that email saying that the person who sent it didn't read my message. I thought this was odd, it seemed as thought their didn't care about my delivery problem and just wanted me to go away. I got an email response the next day but the email didn't address my problem at all and simply gave me instructions on how to cancel my account. I initially sent a message through their website letting them know about the problem. The first issue was resolved quickly when I contacted them but the second issue took some extra work on my part. I've only been a customer with them for about 4 weeks now and have already has two delivery issues. The only problem I have with them is their delivery and customer service. The food tastes good and is fairly easy to prepare. Overall, I think Blue Apron is a good, convenient service. Food is good - customer service is lacking.
